SERVICE PROVIDERS
We use different service providers (including Canada Post, Fedex, DHL, and UPS) and make our selection based on the county or region we are shipping to. We only use services which include tracking information. Contact us for more details about who we use for shipping to your country.
When making a purchase, you are accepting the terms and condition of the carrier whom we choose to use to ship your order. If you have a preference on the shipping company used, please indicate this during or immediately after making an order. You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to alert us any special shipping instructions.
TIME IN TRANSIT
Shipping time in transit can vary depending on your location. Please contact us for more details regarding estimated time in transit for delivery to your door.
Once your order has been place, your order number will be updated with a courier and tracking number which can be checked for status updates.
We do not guarantee any shipping transit times. Please allow for 48 to 72 hours for processing and shipping your order.
INSURANCE
Shipments are automatically insured for $100 value. For more protection, please contact us regarding additional carrier insurance (note: adding additional insurance may increase the cost of shipping). You have 24 hours from the time of purchase to alert us any special insurance instructions.
RETURNS
We do not accept returns under any circumstances (other than our authenticity policy below).
